In plain English: You send us phone photos of your baby. We create beautiful AI-edited studio-quality portraits and deliver them to you. You see a watermarked preview before paying. You own your photos. We don't sell or misuse them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapiBaby's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Description of Service

SnapiBaby is an AI-powered photo editing service that transforms phone photos of newborns and infants into studio-quality portrait images. The service includes:

Submission of your photos via our platform.
AI processing and artistic editing of submitted photos.
Delivery of edited portrait images in digital format.
A free watermarked preview before any payment is required.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SnapiBaby. By submitting photos and placing an order, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the submitted photos and that you have full legal authority to submit those images for editing.

4. Account and Orders

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is processed. After submitting photos and selecting a plan, you will receive a watermarked preview. Payment is only required if you choose to unlock the full resolution, watermark-free photos.

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize SnapiBaby to charge the selected amount to your payment method. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but previously confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

6. Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee

SnapiBaby offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your photos after delivery, contact us within 7 days of receiving your final images and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. To request a refund, email hello@snapibaby.com with your order details.

7. Intellectual Property and Photo Rights

You retain full ownership of both the original photos you submit and the edited portraits we deliver to you. By submitting photos, you grant SnapiBaby a limited, non-exclusive license to process and edit those images solely for the purpose of delivering your order.

SnapiBaby will not use your baby's photos in any marketing materials, social media, or promotional content without your explicit written consent.

SnapiBaby retains ownership of its proprietary AI editing processes, styling techniques, and software. The final images delivered to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Submit photos of children who are not under your legal guardianship.
Submit illegal, offensive, or sexually explicit content.
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or processes.
Resell or sublicense the photos we produce without written permission.
Use our service for commercial photography businesses without a separate commercial license agreement.

9. Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery times are:

Starter: Under 20 minutes.
Classic: Under 15 minutes.
Premium: Under 5 minutes (priority processing).

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on volume. We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues outside our control.

10. Privacy and Data

Your use of SnapiBaby is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapiBaby is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for the highest quality results, we cannot guarantee that every photo will meet all expectations due to variability in the quality of source photos submitted. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our AI editing.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SnapiBaby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of SnapiBaby after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
