2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Photos you submit: Images of your newborn sent to us via WhatsApp or our platform for editing purposes.
- Baby's name: Optionally provided by you to personalize the experience.
- Contact information: Your name, email address, and/or phone number, used to deliver your photos and respond to support requests.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: Browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our site (collected via cookies for analytics).
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
SnapiBaby processes photos of infants and newborns at the explicit request of their parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All submissions are made by adults on behalf of their children. If you are a parent and believe we have received your child's information without your consent, contact us immediately at hello@snapibaby.com.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we:
- Do not display advertising to users based on children's images.
- Do not sell or share children's images with third parties for any commercial purpose.
- Delete submitted photos within 30 days of delivery, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

- Cloud storage providers — temporarily, to store and deliver your photos.

- Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell it).

Photos submitted by you are retained for up to 30 days after delivery to allow for any correction requests, then permanently deleted. Order records and contact information may be retained for up to 12 months for legal and accounting purposes.
